I'm Lex!
I am a dreamer and a go-getter. I figured I should tell you that right off the bat because it is such an important part of who I am as a person and a photographer. I have grown up in Northern California and have had an immense love for the outdoors since before I can remember.
I LOVE Mexican food, my family, the ocean, my sweet girlfriend, and cats. These are the things that make me the most happy. Oh, also, did I forget to say that I love to create? I love to whip up new recipes in the kitchen (don't ever ask me to poach an egg though - that's too big of a task for me to handle). I love to draw and paint, and of course create through the lens of my camera.
When it comes to taking pictures - my photoshoots are far from the awkward and staged posing. I capture real smiles only. Photoshoots with me are FUN! We laugh, we cry, and we dance in big open fields. What could be better?
My Style
My style is unique and authentic. One minute we could be chillin in a grass field and then next we're splashing around in the water. My photoshoots are open for adventure, excitement, and natural emotion - it'll be like the best date you've ever been on!
Let's be real here. Getting your picture taken can feel awkward. But, don't worry I will do all the posing and half the time you probably won't even feel like you're posing. I am offering to be your third wheel - who happens to also take photos of all the best moments that unfold during our session. I want to get to know you - your passions, your weird quirks, your fears, and your favorite flavor of ice cream. I want your photoshoot to be about YOU.

I grew up with amazing examples of love from both my parents and grandparents and have now chosen to chase love of all kinds in my life.
